The villa
A completely independent villa, set over two floors with a total of 133 sq m, surrounded by the greenery of the estate in a private, secluded position.
On the ground floor there are a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen and a small bathroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (4 beds) and two bathrooms. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed.
Comfort and services
The living room has a large fireplace, which our guests are free to use, to create a truly evocative atmosphere during the colder months. The villa also has independent heating.
The kitchen is equipped with all the crockery and utensils needed for your stay.
A complete change of linen is provided every week (pool towels are not included). Additional linen changes can be arranged on request, for an extra charge payable on site.
The outdoors
The villa has a large covered porch with a view of the woods, furnished with a table and chairs for dining outdoors and comfortable armchairs for relaxing.

The villa
Within our farmstay we have a completely independent villa, set on a single floor with a total surface area of 103 sq m. The villa was created by restoring the old Carraia, from which it takes its name.
Comfort and services
The villa is equipped with all the crockery and utensils needed. Guests can use the barbecue available in the common area.
The villa also has independent heating and an air conditioning system.
A complete change of linen (sheets and bath towels) is provided every week (pool towels are not included). Additional linen changes can be arranged on request, for an extra charge payable on site.
