Cooking classes in Tuscany

Each cooking class is the preparation of a complete menu: first course, main course, side dish and dessert.

The lecture will take place in harmony with the Tuscan tradition and the beauty of its territory with background music in a very friendly atmosphere and happy.

The intention of our chef is to teach the taste of a dish, every recipe is a work of art must be built with great passion and love.

Participants will make their dishes, cooking and mixing the dough under the vision of the chef. The lessons will be a very special time of fun and relaxation.

AND AT THE END … participants in class and the chef will sit at the table and tasted the dishes prepared by them.

Menu N.1

  • Ricotta cheese, spinach, chard filled pasta with butter and sage
  • Pork ribs with tomato olives and pine nuts
  • Side dish
  • Tiramisù

Menu N.2

  • Tuscan mix cereals soup
  • Cock with tomatoe sauce and olives
  • Side dish
  • Almond biscuit with vin santo sweet wine

Menu N.3

  • Squares of fresh pasta with sausage ragu and truffled butter
  • Guinea fowl with dry porcini mushrooms
  • Side dish
  • Panna cotta with wild berry


How to participate?

These are just 3 examples of menus (the full list is available upon arrival at the farm) and truly delicious flavors of our Tuscany.

Price: only Euro 70,00 per person with a minimum of 4 participants.

The price includes the lesson of the chef, the products and the use of tools and equipment used for the creation of dishes, an apron, recipes in English and Italian and of course dinner

Please indicate if you wish to participate to our cooking classes during your reservation. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to consider applications submitted after the reservation or at the arrival at the Farmhouse.
